IQVIA Italy (Milan) seeks a Senior Consultant, Management Consulting to join the Supply Chain & Operations division, driving transformation across Life Sciences projects. You will lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives, assess maturity, redesign processes and implement digital solutions for demand and supply planning, manufacturing, and logistics.

The role requires 5+ years in management consulting, an MSc in Engineering/Economics/Management, fluency in Italian and English, and strong

Competenze

MSc degree in Engineering/Economics/Management with strong academic record.
5+ years' consulting experience with a management consulting firm, with transformation projects across Supply Chain and Operations (Life Sciences a plus).
ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) are a plus; PMI certifications (CAPM, PMP) are a plus.

Mansioni

Deliver high-quality, on-time deliverables to client projects in the life sciences field.
Review and analyze client requirements to develop insightful, value-added proposals.
Engage with clients and present client-specific solutions and recommendations, collaborating with IQVIA teams.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis leveraging IQVIA data assets.
Lead workshops and support proposal development; supervise junior team members.
