team.blue is seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to head the Data & Analytics team. You will guide two data scientists, stay hands-on in modeling and coding, and align data work with strategic business goals.

Your role spans mentoring, project ownership, and collaborating with product, engineering, and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes. You will shape the analytics roadmap, develop predictive models, and ensure data solutions meet evolving business needs while maintaining high

Competenze

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science, incl. at least 3 years in a lead role with proven impact.
• Proven leadership experience managing data scientists and delivering outcomes.
• Hands-on credibility: actively building and reviewing production‑quality code.
• Stakeholder management: experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of business operations and aligning data projects with business goals.
• Excellent communication: translate insights to business recommendations.
• Problem-solving: strong analytical thinking with unstructured data.
