Job summary

JING DONG DEVELOPMENT SPAIN SLU is seeking a reliable Work Order Processor to manage the lifecycle of work orders from intake to closure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will verify details, input data into the system, communicate with requestors and teams, and generate reports to support continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English skills are required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming work order requests from various departments and sources.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of work order information, including details, priorities, and assigned resources.
• Input work order data into the designated system with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate with requestors and other teams to clarify work order details or provide updates on status.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing work orders and update their status in the system as required.
• Generate reports on work order volumes, completion rates, and any identified issues.
• Maintain organized records of all processed work orders and related documentation.
• Identify and escalation complex or urgent work order issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of work order processing procedures.
