JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth daily service delivery across internal teams, customers, and external providers. You will coordinate activities, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvements in service quality and efficiency.

Based in Italy, you will collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, and IT to optimize processes and meet SLA targets in a dynamic e‑commerce environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level or higher in management, business administration, logistics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in service operations, operational coordination or similar administrative roles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and monitor daily service operations to ensure adherence to internal procedures and SLA commitments.
• Be the central point of contact between internal teams and external providers for all service-related requests and issues.
• Manage service requests, incidents and resolution actions; escalate complex problems as needed.
