Job summary

JING DONG DEVELOPMENT SPAIN SLU is seeking a driven Work Order Processor to manage the lifecycle of work orders, ensuring smooth operations and timely task completion. You will be handling incoming requests, verifying data accuracy, and inputting information into the system with meticulous attention to detail.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. A high school diploma is expected, and data-entry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree a plus.
• Experience in data entry or admin support, work order management preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; good English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming work order requests.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of work orders, priorities, resources.
• Input data into the designated system with accuracy.
• Communicate updates to requestors and teams; monitor status.
• Generate reports on volumes, completion rates, issues.
• Maintain organized records of processed work orders.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to improving work order processing procedures.
