Ljb & Co is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of large data centre construction projects in Italy, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to meet scope, budget, and quality targets.

You will act as the primary client contact, drive performance reports, ensure safe, compliant execution, and manage budgets, schedules, and quality across all phases in a multinational contractor environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of PM experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical systems.
• Track record delivering data centres, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or life sciences projects.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major data centre projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality across all phases.
