Ljb & Co is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover, while managing budgets and programmes and shaping delivery at scale.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years' construction experience.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, planning, commercial, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Northern Europe.
• Full driving licence.
• Data centre experience is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Oversee projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Develop and manage programmes, labour plans, and resource schedules.
• Coordinate design with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and cost forecasting.
• Lead site management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and implement recovery plans as needed.
• Ensure contract compliance, quality, and HSEQ procedures.
