Cumming Group Uk & Europe is seeking an Associate Director to lead end-to-end delivery of data centre projects in a campus environment. You will provide strong on-site leadership and manage safety, quality, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder coordination across multiple workstreams.

The role involves integrating base-build works with third-party interfaces and ensuring delivery aligns with objectives and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and PM accreditation are advantageous.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading data centre, mission-critical, or industrial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, change, and commercial management.

Mansioni

• Act as single point of accountability for delivery of assigned data centre projects.
• Provide visible on-site leadership, prioritising safety, quality and schedule certainty.
• Chair and minute project site meetings; keep stakeholders informed on progress and risks.
• Prepare and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP) with defined roles and interfaces.
• Monitor performance against contractual and project requirements.
• Coordinate change management, technical assessments, and approvals.
