Amazon is seeking a Data Center IT Manager to lead the Data Center Operations team at a Milan site. The role requires managing a diverse team, coordinating on-call coverage, and delivering major projects with a focus on reliability.

You will drive safety culture, write and enforce procedures, mentor staff, and participate in 24/7 operational readiness and site initiatives to support AWS infrastructure.
