Amazon Data Services Italy S.R.L. in Milan is seeking a hands‑on facility operations professional to maintain AWS‑owned data center infrastructure. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical systems, safety procedures and operational excellence in a field‑based environment.

The successful candidate will work within the Engineering and Facilities team, performing maintenance, documenting activities and coordinating with internal AWS teams to ensure availability for customers.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with critical facility operations and maintenance.
• Professional or formal Electrical Certification or Apprentice/trades certified or diploma in an Electrical field.
• Driving license valid in Italy (required for shift-based schedule)

Mansioni

• Maintain safety standards and promote safety culture.
• Operate, monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical systems including UPS, switchgear, generators, HVAC and fire protection.
• Lead preventive maintenance and participate in technical improvements with the site leadership.
