Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Contract Manager to administer FIDIC-based contracts across complex data center and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with legal, commercial and construction teams to manage risks, process claims and support negotiations.

Requires a degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or related field and 3–5 years of experience in contract management, with strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills in English and

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law or related discipline and 3–5 years of experience in Contract Management/Administration/Commercial Management.
Experience on Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial or major Infrastructure projects preferred.
Practical experience with FIDIC contract administration; knowledge of claims, variations, EOT and commercial risk management.

Responsibilities

Administer FIDIC Red Book, Yellow Book and Silver Book contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Support procurement, tender evaluations and contract negotiations; review contract documents and specifications.
Prepare and manage contractual notices, instructions, determinations and correspondence; administer variations and change orders.
