You will coordinate across civil, structural, electrical and mechanical disciplines, ensuring safety and driving on-time, on-budget project delivery. Qualifications

• 4+ years in construction site management.
• 2+ years responsibility for management of construction contracts and contractors, including cost control.
• Ability to operate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee General Contractors on data center sites.
• Ensure compliance across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.
• Manage contract administration and cost control.
• Lead safety standards and incident response.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to deliver milestones.
• Report on schedule, budget, and variations.
• Mentor junior team members building a high-performance group.
