Concentrix is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on Customer Insights – Journeys. Based in Italy, you will shape scalable, high-performing solutions and lead technical conversations in English and Italian.

Travel is expected to be less than 20% as projects span global clients. You will design, configure, and optimize D365 CE, CIJ, and Data components, partner with customers to translate business objectives into architecture decisions,

Competenze

Fluent English and Italian with ability to lead conversations with customers.
Must be located in Italy and able to travel up to 20%.
Expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ).
Strong experience designing and optimizing D365 CE in enterprise environments.
Extensive Power Apps development and Power Platform administration.

Mansioni

Lead solution architecture, design, and optimization for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on CIJ.
Design and troubleshoot CIJ capabilities including Journeys, Events, Insights, Lead Management, Email Templates.
Assess performance, stability, scalability, and cross-environment improvements in D365 CE.
Translate business objectives into configuration, customization, and architecture decisions.
Architect and develop Power Apps solutions; customize and administer Power Platform components.
Define enterprise D365 CE architecture and integrations with external systems and data sources.
