Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a passionate E-Comm Buying Intern to join our Global E-commerce team at our HQ. This full-time 6-month internship starts in October and offers hands-on experience in assortment, sales analysis, and digital merchandising.

You will support in weekly trade analysis, stock replenishment, product selection, and website taxonomy while developing Excel skills and learning the fashion business in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent English is required.

Overview

FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM OCTOBER

We are looking for a passionateE-Comm Buying Intern to join our Global E-commerce team in our HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Support in OTB definition by country, line and category, according to sales forecast and targets;
• Assist in deciding store assortment, key investments, products depth and sizing, in order to maximise sales opportunities conforming to WW retail strategy;
• Prepare and run weekly/monthly trade analysis, monitoring main KPIs (Sales, ST%, RR%) and support identifying actions driving sales to reach seasonal objectives;
• Weekly stock level tracking and frame replenishment proposal;
• Support in providing draft products selection targeting different purposes (gift guide, editorial launch etc);
• Contribute in defining Website Taxonomy and competitor benchmarking;
• Help in providing business presentations, internal reports and ad hoc documents (feedback on collections, sales performance recap, etc);

Qualifications

• Fluent English;
• Good Excel knowledge;
• Deep interest in fashion products, trends and digital environment;

• Keen on working in team and under pressure.
