Moncler in Milan is seeking a Wholesale Merchandising & Analysis Intern to join our Global HQ. This 6-month, full-time internship from October offers hands-on experience in quantitative analyses, reports, and strategic presentations within the wholesale team in Milan.

You will develop business tools, monitor KPIs, and support Top Management with insightful analyses. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics or Business and fluency in English are required; prior retail merchandising exposure is a

• Previous experience in Retail Merchandising is a plus.

Overview

For our Moncler team, we are looking for a passionate Wholesale Merchandising & Analysis Intern to join our Wholesale Merchandising team in our Global HQ, in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Carrying out quantitative analyses of Sell-In and Sell-Out performance;
• Preparing monthly and seasonal sales reports;
• Developing presentations based on quantitative analyses, qualitative insights, and business feedback;
• Assisting the Wholesale team with reporting and KPI monitoring activities;
• Contributing to the development of business tools and reporting solutions;
• Preparing strategic presentations for Top Management;
• Participating in the coordination and execution of sales campaign activities, ensuring effective support to the team throughout the process

Qualification

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business;
• An interest in Merchandising or Buying departments;
• Strong analytical skills: a good/excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Passion and sensitivity for luxury products;
• Team player;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent English;
• Previous experience in Retail Merchandising will be considered a plus.
