Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in Vehicle Dynamics, Vehicle Control Systems, State Estimation, ADAS, or related automotive fields.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics and estimation/control algorithms.
• Proficient programming in MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C/C++, or similar.
• Experience in experimental data analysis, algorithm validation, vehicle testing, and simulation environments.
• Good proficiency in English.

The Cyber Tyre Algorithms Engineer will contribute to the development of innovative algorithms that transform the Smart Tyre vision into real-world automotive solutions. The role combines algorithm development, experimental validation, and hands-on engineering. YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Develop and validate innovative estimation and control algorithms for Smart Tyre and vehicle applications.
• Design, implement, and test prototypes using embedded systems and rapid prototyping platforms.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or equivalent disciplines.
• 2-3 years of experience in Vehicle Dynamics, Vehicle Control Systems, State Estimation, ADAS, or related automotive fields.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics and experience in estimation and control-oriented algorithm development.
• Good programming skills in MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C/C++, or similar environments.
• Experience in experimental data analysis, algorithm validation, vehicle testing, and simulation environments.
• Good proficiency in English.

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

• Experience with embedded systems, rapid prototyping platforms, and hands-on engineering projects.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques, cloud-based data analysis environments, or tyre-related applications.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• The employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than €32.000.
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
• The position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies.
