Job summary

MAHLE in Trento, IT is seeking a Customer Service & Supply Planning Specialist to coordinate orders, optimize delivery performance, and align production plans with customer priorities.

You will verify terms, communicate lead times, manage inquiries, and support resolution of delays or shortages while updating SAP data and collaborating with production and warehouses to meet promised dates.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent command of Italian.
• Priority management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders by verifying commercial terms, minimum quantities, and delivery times.
• Promptly communicate lead times to customers and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Manage customer requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Support the resolution of critical issues related to delays, material shortages, or changes to the production plan.
• Verify the feasibility of MRP plans and contribute to the planning of production activities.
• Ensure alignment between customer priorities, production capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor deliveries and collaborate with Production and Warehouse to ensure compliance with agreed-upon dates.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
• Help maintain inventory levels in line with company guidelines.
• Update and verify data in the company’s management system (SAP).
• Manage reporting
