SAP is seeking a Success Plan Manager to join the Customer Services & Delivery team in Milan. You will partner with account teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes from SAP investments, acting as a trusted advisor for adoption, optimization, and value realization across SAP solutions including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and BTP.

You will drive governance, track adoption milestones, and coordinate internal SAP stakeholders to align priorities and ownership, helping customers realize

Competenze

• STEM degree or equivalent technology experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years in project management or as a functional/technical consultant with team coordination.
• Experience with solution implementation, integrations, and cloud/modernization patterns.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and practical roadmaps.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain customer success documentation.
• Drive governance meetings including quarterly reviews and steering sessions.
• Track adoption milestones, consumption indicators, and value realization inputs.
• Identify and escalate risks proactively.
• Collaborate with various SAP stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Learn and apply SAP’s toolchain including HEP, dashboards, Cloud ALM, and insights tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement quality and customer experience.
