SAP SE is hiring an Account Executive for the SAP Academy for Customer Success in Milano, Italy. This permanent, full-time role is part of a global early-career program designed to drive cloud revenue growth through dedicated sales efforts and customer success initiatives.

You will undergo a 10-month learn-apply program with mentoring and local onboarding, then transition to a customer-facing sales role in your market with ongoing coaching and development.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of professional sales experience in a technology company or exposure to business processes.
• Experience generating opportunities, qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong learning agility, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Complete a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases alongside the sales team.
• Learn digital transformation, AI concepts, and solution strategies to drive customer value.
• Receive onboarding and mentoring from a Senior Account Executive in-market.
• Upon program completion, transition to a direct customer-facing sales role in the market.
