Nestlé in Assago, Italy, is seeking a Customer Solution Analyst Specialist to support Nestlé and Purina Out-of-Retail with customer service activities, order management, and reporting. The CSA plays a key role in managing administrative tasks, performance reporting, and customer complaint resolution to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will provide end-to-end support through the order process.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Credit, Generating Demand, Customer Analytics or similar areas.
• University degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Support Nestlé and Purina Out-of-Retail with customer service activities, order management and reporting.
• Manage end-to-end customer support throughout the order management process for Nestlé products.
• Collaborate daily with customers, sales force and internal stakeholders (Pricing, Credit, Logistics, Sales Support) to handle requests and resolve issues.

Compensation package

CCNL Industria Alimentare, Impiegato 3° livello, Gross Annual Base Salary: €34.000,00.

Position Summary

The Customer Solution Analyst will support Nestlé and Purina Out-of-Retail business with customer service activities, order management, and reporting. The CSA plays a key role in supporting the Customer Service Department through the effective management of administrative activities, performance reporting, and customer complaint resolution, contributing to service excellence and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for providing end-to-end customer support throughout the order management process for Nestlé products.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Solution Analyst Specialist

Order management:

• Demand capture (SAP table maintenance, EDI order process management, exceptions management)
• Take corrective actions to resolve issues impacting order flow

Customer & Internal Collaboration:

• Daily contact with customers, sales force, and internal stakeholders (Pricing, Credit, Logistics, Sales Support)
• Collect customer requests, forward them to the appropriate department and manage for the solution

• Good command of Excel and SAP; proficiency in Power BI and Sales Force is a nice-to-have
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret, synthesize and act quickly in a dynamic environment
