IDEMIA Group’s IDEMIA Secure Transactions division is seeking a Customer Service Manager for its Milan area, with responsibilities to lead the Customer Service Team and oversee the full order-to-delivery process for key banking industry customers.

You will collaborate with internal departments to deliver service excellence, manage contract delivery, and drive revenue growth while maintaining data accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a small team.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, ideally in banking.
• Experience in supply chain and/or purchasing.
• Ability to take strategic decisions and manage priorities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and motivate the Customer Service Team, set schedules and goals.
• Own the portfolio of customer relationships and manage day-to-day operational contacts.
• Lead order process management, track order status and generate performance reports.
• Communicate customer requirements across IDEMIA departments and external partners.
• Use internal systems to handle change requests, artwork requests, complaints, and NCRs.
• Ensure accurate entry of orders, invoicing, and data processing.
