MOSCOT NYC Since 1915 is seeking a Customer Service & Marketing specialist for the Italian market in Lombardia. You will be the voice of MOSCOT to fans worldwide and handle customer interactions with excellence.

Key responsibilities include order management, CRM updates, and collaboration with the Commercial Dept. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with luxury brand experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Marketing specialist with MOSCOT you will be the voice of MOSCOT to thousands of MOSCOT fans spanning the globe from Tokyo to Timbuktu. Interested?

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

• Being the customer service reference point for the Italian market
• Management of orders, re-orders and orders progress; as answering phone calls and e-mails going the extra mile for all end customers, expressing gratitude to all for their business and present positive answers to inquiries while providing the MX - MOSCOT Experience
• Management of quality and commercial returns;
• Maintain, manage and update all customer databases in a timely manner;
• Assure correct, timely and effective analysis, communication and reporting on Customer Service KPI.
• Support to the Commercial Dept: order management, seasonal & re-order deliveries, cancellations, payments, Incoterms, delivery forecast, returns and sales campaign support.
• Participation to the eyewear tradeshow in Milan and any special events.
• Be on the MOSCOT front lines, responsible for knowing and communicating relevant brand information including but not limited to; product details, policies & procedures as well as assisting customers directly whenever possible.
• Sales-driven with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen
• Manage and insert all orders related to MKT material for the Italian partners
• Collect all information needed for marketing / creative requests and ensure alignment with the company processes
• Coordinate and manage all operational tasks related to events / trunkshows
• Provide ad hoc marketing reporting to Lugano HQ
• Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
• Luxury and Fashion Companies expertise will be preferred;
• Italian Mother tongue and Fluent in English

• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment;
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and externally;
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
