Deel is revolutionizing global payroll and HR infrastructure for teams worldwide. This role places you at the heart of client success, guiding partners through Deel’s platform, ensuring adoption, renewal, and expansion.

You’ll collaborate with product and revenue teams to translate client feedback into tangible improvements, while delivering exceptional service and strategic value across industries. You’ll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, understanding clients’ business

Competenze

1-3+ years in a customer-facing role, support, operations or customer success.
Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of customer requests.
Experience in fast-growth startups, payroll or consulting is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

Manage and foster relationships with client accounts as part of our growth function.
Build relationships and navigate clients through their Deel experience journey.
Train clients on Deel processes and how to use the platform to meet their needs.
Lead client interactions with product adoption and future growth in mind.
Strengthen relationships, solve challenges and help reduce churn.
Be a trusted partner to accounts, understanding business needs and building solutions.
Advocate for Deel, sharing insights with Revenue and product teams.
