Boston Scientific cerca una Customer Excellence Intern per supportare il team Customer Care in un contesto internazionale, gestendo ordini, consegne e assistenza ai clienti. Verrà utilizzato SAP quotidianamente per svolgere attività legate agli ordini e alle query degli stakeholder.

Il ruolo richiede una ragazza/ragazzo studente al momento, con livello di inglese B2+ e ottima conoscenza di Excel; SAP è un plus. L’internship è onsite a Milano con possibilità di rinnovo.

Competenze

• Studente attuale di laurea triennale o magistrale (2025/2026) in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics o campi correlati.
• Madrelingua italiana, livello English B2+.
• Padroneggiare Excel; conoscenza SAP è un plus (SAP4HANA).
• Competente nell’uso di strumenti IT avanzati.

Mansioni

• Gestione ordini cliente con input SAP e risoluzione di problemi entro la giornata lavorativa.
• Monitorare il processo di consegna dei beni al cliente e eventuali problemi.
• Gestione di ordini aperti: backorder, blocchi e resi del cliente.
• Emissione e verifica delle fatture in formato elettronico, risoluzione di anomalie.
• Supporto al team di vendita per soddisfare richieste esterne e interne.
• Gestione dei reclami.
• Supporto al Team Supervisor e alla redazione di report e analisi.

Descrizione Lavoro - Customer Excellence Intern

About the role

Customer Excellence Intern will work closely with our Customer Care Team in providing the best service to serve our patients. The candidate will use SAP on daily basis to perform different tasks to fulfill orders and queries from our stakeholders. Customer Excellence Intern’s role is a vital part of our international collaboration.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Handling customer orders process with possible input into SAP and/or resolution of issues related within the working day.
• Monitoring the goods delivery process to the customer and all possible issues.
• Management of all the issue related to the open orders - Backorders, Blocks and Customer returns.
• Issuing and checking invoices in electronic format with possible resolution of anomalies.
• Customers Support and assistance to the sales Team to ensure full satisfaction of all external and internal requests.
• Complaints management.
• Support to the Team Supervisor and colleagues with Report and Analysis.

What We Are Looking For In You

• Current bachelor’s or master’s student (2025/2026) in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Native Italian, B2+ in English
• Proficient in Excel, with SAP knowledge as a plus (SAP4HANA nice to have)
• Skilled in using advanced IT tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and handle complaints effectively.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Thrives under pressure and adapts to new tasks with ease.
• Focused on customer satisfaction and process improvement.
