Amplifon cerca un/una tirocinante per Global Retail Excellence Medical a Milano, in una squadra globale. Inquadrazione: 6 mesi, inizio ottobre 2026, full-time, orario 9:00-18:00 con flessibilità interna.

Si lavorerà in ambiente internazionale, con empowerment e opportunità di crescita, contribuendo ad aumentare i contatti con medici referenti e a definire KPI e processi globali.

Competenze

• Master in economia o ingegneria gestionale o titolo equivalente.
• Buona conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint.
• Inglese fluente e capacità di lavorare con team multiculturali.

Mansioni

• Supportare la gestione di progetti e il coordinamento tra team globali.
• Assistere nella progettazione e implementazione di processi globali e strumenti.
• Definire KPI e strutture di reporting per insight strategici.
• Analizzare le performance commerciali per individuare trend.
• Curare una repository globale di contenuti strategici per engagement medico.
• Facilitare la comunicazione interna per allineamento tra reparti.

Description

Global Lead Generation Strategy Internship | starting date: October 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Retail Excellence Medical team.

Our team is at the forefront of a critical mission: to maximize the number of customers entering our stores through doctors’ referrals. This function is deeply rooted in commercial strategy and acts as a key driver of lead generation directly from medical professionals.

You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Supporting project management and team coordination to ensure smooth collaboration across global teams.
• Assisting in designing and implementing global processes and tools to improve efficiency.
• Helping define KPIs and reporting structures to extract insights for strategic decisions.
• Analyzing commercial performance to identify trends and provide actionable data.
• Curating and developing a global repository of strategic content to support medical engagement.
• Facilitating internal communication to promote alignment and collaboration across departments.

You are the right person if you:

• Have a Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar
• Possess a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams
• Have an interest in the healthcare sector and how commercial strategies drive business growth
• Possess analytical acumen, critical thinking, and a keen attention to detail
• Take initiative and are eager to learn
• Possess a clear and open communication, and relational skills

Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer:

• 6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
• 1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
• Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
