Medtronic is offering an internship within the Enterprise Account team in Milan, Italy. The program runs 6 months starting in October, with a 40-hour work week and a hybrid work model.

You will support market analysis, account planning, dashboards, and AI-driven initiatives, gaining exposure to healthcare business planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Recently graduated from degree in Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Economics, Medical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Interested in healthcare.

Mansioni

• Support research and analysis of healthcare organizations, including clinical activity volumes, technologies, specializations, strategic priorities, market share, and revenue data.
• Assist in Account Planning for named Enterprise Accounts collecting relevant information and analysis, also making use of ad hoc AI prompts
• Help create, maintain, and update dashboards used to monitor initiatives and product launch campaigns.
• Assist in collecting, tracking, and summarizing feedback from Account Managers and Operating Units regarding campaign progress and outcomes.
• Develop a set of AI prompts and agents to support day-to-day work and strategic planning activities of the Enterprise Account Managers.

A Day in the Life

As an Intern within the Enterprise Account team , you will support projects that help improve understanding of healthcare organizations, account development opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Working closely with Enterprise Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands‑on experience in market analysis, campaign monitoring, opportunity management, value proposition building, project coordination, and healthcare business planning. This internship will provide exposure to real business challenges while helping you develop analytical, communication, and organizational skills and a broad understanding of the challenges and innovations in the healthcare sector.

Internship details:

• Location: Milan, Italy
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Support the research and analysis of healthcare organizations, including clinical activity volumes, technologies, specializations, strategic priorities, market share, and revenue data.
• Support Account Planning for the named Enterprise Accounts collecting relevant information and analysis, also making use of ad hoc AI prompts
• Assist in identifying criteria and evaluating potential new Enterprise Accounts.
• Help create, maintain, and update dashboards used to monitor initiatives and product launch campaigns.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials and training content for the Enterprise Account team.
• Assist in collecting, tracking, and summarizing feedback from Account Managers and Operating Units regarding campaign progress and outcomes.
• Develop a set of AI prompts and agents to support both day to day work and strategic planning activities of the Enterprise Account Managers.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Recently graduated from degree in Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Economics, Medical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Interested in healthcare.

Would be a Plus

• Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboards.
• Experience in building AI agents.
