Sensormatic Solutions, the Johnson Controls retail solutions arm, is hiring a Junior Sales Assistant / Customer Engagement Specialist in Lombardy. This hybrid role supports the sales team, engages customers, and helps manage accounts to drive growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will handle admin tasks, prepare quotes, keep the CRM updated (Salesforce), and build strong relationships with key customers.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in sales support or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.

Mansioni

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate customer and sales data.
• Coordinate order processing and track customer requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer questions and requests.
