Job summary

Seditech Group is seeking hardworking individuals for a Culinary Department Worker position in Italy. You will assist with food preparation, presentation, packaging, and general cleaning in a fast-paced food service setting. The role requires hygiene discipline, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Contract is one year with potential extension. Accommodation is provided in company dormitories; one meal per shift is included, and travel costs are refundable after four months.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Italian and English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform food preparation, packaging, and cleaning duties.
• Previous kitchen/culinary experience may be an advantage.
• Accommodation: Company-provided dormitory; utilities paid.
• Food: One meal provided during each shift.
• Contract: One-year employment contract, with extension possible.
• Shift Starting Time: 5:30 AM; night shifts available.
• Travel costs: Refundable after four months; return ticket paid at end.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, fish, meat, and vegetable dishes according to workplace standards.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
• Arrange and display food products attractively for sale.
• Package food items properly for sale and distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure ingredients and food products are handled and stored appropriately.
• Support other culinary department activities as assigned by the supervisor.
