Jobsora, a high-potential AI and digital venture platform, seeks a Chief Technology Officer to define the technology vision, lead software and AI product development, and drive scalable architecture across portfolio initiatives. The role requires translating business opportunities into concrete tech roadmaps, building strong tech teams, and ensuring security, quality and rapid execution.

Competenze

• Significant experience in technology leadership roles such as CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering or similar positions.
• Strong background in software engineering, digital product development and scalable technology architecture.
• Proven experience in building or scaling software products, digital platforms or AI-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI, data architecture and their practical application in business contexts.
• Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial or investment-backed environments such as scale-ups or venture builders.
• Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in early-stage or fast-evolving contexts.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing internal teams, external partners and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Excellent ability to translate complex technology topics into clear business implications.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Ensure robust technology governance, including cybersecurity, data management, privacy, infrastructure and development standards.

• Work closely with founders, investment professionals, business leaders and external partners to identify technology-driven value creation opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, execution and continuous improvement across the technology function.
• Represent the company's technology vision with investors, partners and relevant stakeholders when required.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant
