Jobgether SRL, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Director of Worldwide Tax based in Italy to lead a global tax function in a fast-moving tech environment.

You will shape U.S. and international tax strategy, transfer pricing, and compliance while modernizing tax operations with AI and analytics. This senior role partners with CFO and Finance leadership to drive strategic outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred; MST or advanced degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience in US and international tax.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, GILTI, FDII, E&P, and related reporting.
• Experience with multinational orgs, transfer pricing, and cross-border deals.
• Big Four or national firm experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead worldwide tax function, covering US and international tax, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.
• Develop and execute global tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise CFO on strategic tax decisions and transactions.
• Oversee international tax planning, compliance, and entity structuring.
• Manage global tax provision and tax accounting under US GAAP.
• Lead tax due diligence and integration during acquisitions.
