Job summary

TeamSystem SPA in Italy seeks a senior Product Owner/Manager to shape the product vision for CRM solutions, including AI-powered enhancements, and guide the transition toward SaaS platforms. You will collaborate with Tech Leads and stakeholders to balance customer needs and business goals, analyze KPIs, and drive adoption and value across products.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage and evolve the product roadmap with balance of customer needs, business goals and technical priorities.

• Partner with Tech Leads and other Product Owners to align priorities and ensure consistency.

In particular, you will: Define, manage and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives and technical priorities. Drive the product vision and support strategic initiatives, including the conception of AI-powered capabilities, the evolution of CRM solutions and the transition toward SaaS platforms. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and continuous improvement. Partner with stakeholders, Tech Leads and other Product Owners to align product priorities, drive product decisions and ensure consistency across products and initiatives. Monitor, analyze and continuously improve product KPIs, with a primary focus on adoption, user engagement and business value realization.

What skills are we looking for? At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role, with proven experience in CRM products; exposure to Marketing Automation solutions is considered a plus. Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlog prioritization and product delivery in Agile environments. Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and a genuine interest in identifying and driving AI-powered product innovations. Strong customer-centric mindset and solid knowledge of Product Thinking and UX principles. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for ideas and product decisions. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience using KPIs and business metrics to measure product impact and success. Strong creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach, an innovation-driven mindset and the ability to turn strategic vision into tangible results. Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
