Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM/functional analyst roles.
• Strong Dynamics 365 knowledge: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service.
• Experience in configuration and functional customization of Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to CRM, Customer Service, Field Service, and customer portal platforms evolution.
• Design and implement CRM solutions to support business objectives and improve user experience.
• Manage maintenance activities for CRM applications and custom solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, tech partners and users to ensure effective solutions.
• Provide end-user support through training and process improvements.
• Participate in digital transformation projects applying Dynamics 365 best practices.
