Job summary

Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C) seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst to join the Core Platforms Team in Milano. You will drive initiatives across roadmapping, requirements definition, solution design, and configuration, with hands-on project leadership and strong business acumen.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, Dynamics 365 expertise, AI knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience, with Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of AI and Generative AI concepts and technologies.
Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process mapping, user stories, and workshops.
Experience in Insurance Projects is preferable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluating and prioritizing requests based on business value and alignment to strategic goals.
Working autonomously with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Managing the intake process and transition to delivery phase.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications with a focus on Dynamics 365 and AI.
Lead projects from start to finish with comprehensive plans, timelines, and workstreams.
Coordinate delivery teams and maintain regular progress reports.
