Stellantis in Torino is seeking an ICT CRM & CDP Integration Lead to define and govern the technical integration landscape across CRM, CDP, Marketing Technologies and other customer-related apps. The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust customer data foundation, ensuring reliable data flows across the ecosystem.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of strong experience in system integration and data architecture.
• Master’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of CRM/CDP ecosystems and data orchestration.
• Experience with APIs, middleware and integration patterns.
• Understanding of data management, quality and governance.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and CDPs.

Mansioni

• Define and govern integration architecture across CRM, CDP, DMS and marketing platforms.
• Define integration roadmaps aligned with target architecture and long-term strategy.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enable business stakeholders access to tech ecosystems.
• Ensure consistency, quality and scalability of customer data flows.
• Lead design and implementation of integration solutions (APIs, middleware, data pipelines).
• Promote solutions that minimize technical debt and maximize platform reuse.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for end-to-end delivery.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks and performance issues.
• Support data models and Customer 360 capabilities.
