Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on revenue systems and CRM operations. This remote contractor role requires strong CRM expertise, data governance, and the ability to document complex SaaS workflows.

You will audit CRM and integrated revenue systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and create clear prompts and documentation for system changes. English communication must be excellent, and prior SaaS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics 365 or similar CRM.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, integrations).
• English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
