AB Mauri Italy Società Benefit is seeking an Area Manager to drive growth across Northern Italy in the Craft channel. The successful candidate will be based in Cologne (BS) and travel regularly to visit customers, distributors and craft bakers.

You will combine a strong commercial mindset with solid bakery technical knowledge, building long-term relationships, analysing market trends and supporting technical trials and product demonstrations with internal teams.

Competenze

Proven experience in sales or technical-commercial roles in bakery/pastry or ingredients sector.
Strong commercial skills and ability to develop business and relationships.
Sound technical understanding of bakery and pastry applications, ingredients and processes.

Mansioni

Manage and develop business across Northern Italy with regular customer visits.
Gather market feedback and identify new opportunities.
Build relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers and craft customers.
Promote AB Mauri portfolio of yeast and bakery ingredients in the craft channel.
Provide technical support on products, applications and processes.
Coordinate technical trials, demonstrations and product presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Quality, Production and Technical Services.
Prepare reports and contribute to sales planning and analysis.
