AB Mauri Italy is seeking an Area Manager to drive growth across Northern Italy within the craft channel. The role involves extensive travel to customers, distributors and craft bakers, plus coordination with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions.

The candidate should have proven sales/technical experience in bakery ingredients, strong commercial acumen and English language proficiency.

Competenze

• Proven experience in sales or technical-commercial roles in bakery, pastry, ingredients or professional food sectors.
• Strong commercial skills and ability to negotiate, develop business and build long-term relationships.
• Sound technical understanding of bakery and pastry applications, ingredients and processes.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose practical, value-added solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and performance.
• Excellent communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement.
• Good organisational skills and autonomy in planning activities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

• Manage and develop business within Northern Italy with regular customer visits.
• Gather market feedback, monitor trends and identify new opportunities.
• Build relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers and craft customers.
• Promote AB Mauri's portfolio of yeast and bakery ingredients in the craft channel.
• Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate trials, demonstrations and product presentations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production and Technical Services.
• Prepare reports and contribute to sales planning and performance analysis.
