Leonardo in IT - Torino - Caselle Nord seeks a Junior Contract and Commercial Specialist to support bids and contracts across the lifecycle. You will help prepare quotations, Purchase Orders, Enabling Agreements, Technical Assistance Agreements and SLAs while contributing to risk analysis and governance reviews.

The role offers a hybrid working model in the Torino area with opportunities for growth within an international defence environment and exposure to complex contracting processes.

Competenze

• Experience in a commercial/contract role.
• Ability to identify potential risks in contract terms.
• Support to contract acquisition/bid processes.
• Analytical and critical thinking required.
• Organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and administer bids and contracts with a wide customer base.
• Lead the provision of Commercial elements for Life Cycle Management and Bid Approval.
• Support line managers by preparing quotations and detailed agreements including Purchase Orders, Enabling Agreements, Technical Assistance Agreements, and SLAs.
• Participate in governance and negotiation planning as needed.
