Sungrow Europe cerca un professionista esperto per il ruolo chiave nel dipartimento Legale e Contratti. Questa posizione comporta la negoziazione e la redazione di contratti commerciali per progetti in Italia e altre regioni EMEA, supportando le unità Business PV e ESS. È richiesto un forte orientamento commerciale, esperienza nel settore energetico e ottime competenze comunicative in italiano e inglese. Opportunità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e innovativo.

Competenze

• Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nell'industria PV, Energy Storage o Costruzione.
• Conoscenza del diritto contrattuale e capacità di redazione comprovata.
• Esperienza dimostrata nel dipartimento Contratti o Legale.

• Negoziare e redigere contratti commerciali per i progetti di Sungrow.
• Supportare le attività contrattuali per le unità Business PV ed ESS.

Ciao a tutti! We’re thrilled to introduce a key role within our Legal and Contracts Department that connects our cutting-edge technology with the regulatory and utility landscape across Italy and other EU countries. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow’s projects in Italy and other EMEA regions.
• Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts.
• Review, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms & Conditions and non-disclosure agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow’s principles, securing necessary approvals for major issues.
• Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with both new and existing clients.
• Create comprehensive contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives.
• Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, processes, and procedures within Sungrow’s Business Management System.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law or a relevant Business-related qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the PV, Energy Storage, or Construction industry.
• Strong commercial focus with a sound knowledge of contract law and proven drafting ability.
• Demonstrated experience working within a Contracts or Legal department.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and explain legal concepts to a non-legal audience.
• Pro-active approach to problem-solving, capable of constructive challenge and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills, accustomed to report writing and presenting.
• Italian and English C1; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
