Leonardo SpA is seeking a Project Management Specialist for its Helicopters Division in Cascina Costa (Varese). You will be accountable for program execution from contract signing to delivery, coordinating internal functions and external stakeholders, and reporting to senior management.

The role requires an Engineering Master's degree, strong English, and proven PM skills. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, a permanent contract, and a competitive compensation package including a

Competenze

Master's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical or Mechanical preferred).
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and problem-solving with proactive mindset.

Mansioni

Monitor and control program activities from contract signature to helicopter delivery using KPIs (EBIT, P&L, CPI, SPI).
Ensure program execution using EVM techniques in line with Baseline and amendments.
Manage customer requirements during program execution via baseline changes.
Monitor testing, certification, and delivery activities on helicopters.
Provide periodic reporting to upper management and maintain the program communication plan.
Initialize and manage the program risk register.
Support budget process and align with program baseline.
Prepare and maintain the product roadmap in line with strategy and market needs.
