Leonardo SpA in Varese (Cascina Costa) is seeking a Project Management Specialist for our Helicopters Division. You will be fully accountable for program execution from contract signature to delivery, using KPI and EVM techniques to keep cost, schedule, and performance under control.

You will interface with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to align objectives, report progress, and manage risks. Hybrid working arrangements and a permanent contract are offered.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical or Mechanical preferred).
• Knowledge of project management, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Monitor and control program activities from contract signature to delivery using KPI (EBIT, P&L, CPI, SPI).
• Ensure program execution using EVM techniques and maintain Baseline per contract amendments.
• Manage customer requirements during execution via Baseline Change control; track cost, schedule, performance.
• Coordinate internal functions and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
• Provide periodic reporting to upper management through delivery meetings and reviews.

For our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Project Management Specialist. Main task is to be fully accountable of Program execution, namely:

• Monitor and control the Program activities from Contract signature till helicopter Delivery, using proper KPI (EBIT, P&L, CPI, SPI).
• Ensure Program execution using EVM techniques, in compliance with the Program Contract Baseline (cost, schedule and performance) as updated by Contract Amendements.
• Manage Customer requirements during Program execution, through the process of Baseline Change, keeping cost, schedule and performance under control.
• Monitor and control the testing, certification and Delivery activities on Helicopters.
• Ensure integration among internal Functions (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Training, Procurement, Finance) and external stakeholders (Customer, Contractual Manager) to achieve the Program objectives.
• Provide periodic reporting to upper Management (e.g. Delivery meetings, Project Management Reviews and Business Reviews), as accountable for Program Communication Plan.
• Initialize and manage the Program Risk Register.
• Support Budget process, ensuring it is established in line with Program Baseline.
• Prepare and maintain the Product Roadmap, consistent with the Product strategy and market needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering).
• Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge and/or experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Selection Process

The selection process follows the application collection phase. The CVs that best match the required qualifications will be evaluated and shortlisted.
