Leonardo in Italy is seeking a Project Management Specialist for its Helicopters Division. You will be fully accountable for program execution from contract signature to helicopter delivery, coordinating across Sales, Engineering, Operations and Customer Support.

The role requires a Master\'s in Engineering, strong English, and proven project management expertise including planning, budgeting and risk management. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.

For our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Project Management Specialist.

Main task is to be fully accountable of Program execution, namely:

• Monitor and control the Program activities from Contract signature till helicopter Delivery, using proper KPI (EBIT, P&L, CPI, SPI).
• Ensure Program execution using EVM techniques, in compliance with the Program Contract Baseline (cost, schedule and performance) as updated by Contract Amendements.
• Manage Customer requirements during Program execution, through the process of Baseline Change, keeping cost, schedule and performance under control.
• Monitor and control the testing, certification and Delivery activities on Helicopters.
• Ensure integration among internal Functions (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Training, Procurement, Finance) and external stakeholders (Customer, Contractual Manager) to achieve the Program objectives.
• Provide periodic reporting to upper Management (e.g. Delivery meetings, Project Management Reviews and Business Reviews), as accountable for Program Communication Plan.
• Initialize and manage the Program Risk Register.
• Support Budget process, ensuring it is established in line with Program Baseline.
• Prepare and maintain the Product Roadmap, consistent with the Product strategy and market needs.
  Requirements
  Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering).

Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).
Knowledge and/or experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

THE SELECTION PROCESS

How does the selection process work?
Following the application collection phase, the CVs that best match the required qualifications will be evaluated and shortlisted.
Selected candidates will take part in an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the relevant Business function.
At the end of the process, all candidates will receive feedback, regardless of whether the outcome is positive or negative.
