DAB Pumps is offering an internships in Italy, Mestrino, within our Global Team. You will learn to apply pumping system theory to practical sizing tasks, under training that covers hydraulic, motor, and control aspects, and contribute to a comprehensive documentation set for worldwide use.

The program emphasizes interaction with subsidiaries, cross-language outputs, and use of enterprise tools. English fluency is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Monthly reimbursement is provided.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or high school with at least three years of experience in electrical, mechanical, electronic, or materials.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, Arabic, or Russian is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a global team.

Mansioni

• Assist in dimensional sizing for pumps and related systems.
• Create and structure documentation supporting global requests.
• Interact with subsidiaries to understand local standards and translate results into multiple languages.
• Refine and organize tools used for dimensioning: sewage tanks, pumps, hot water circulation, heating, pressurization, firefighting units.
• Share results with subsidiaries to ensure accessibility across regions.

Installations sizing internship

The internship is intended to provide a first touch to the application of the theory acquired during the studies. The person we are looking for, will following a series of training to refresh the basis behind the main parts of pumping systems (hydraulic, motor, controls) and on DAB products portfolio. The intern will than work on different standards starting from, but not limited to, European regulations.

The aim is to create a solid, clear, and detailed documentation to support requests coming from all around the world: it will include references to regulations and formulas applications with related examples.

How you will support the Team:

• You will be inserted into the DProject regions team, our presales office for foreign requests
• Interact with colleagues from the subsidiaries, to understand local peculiarities in standards
• Refine and structure the existing tools used for such dimensioning:
  • Sewage tanks and pumps
  • Hot water circulation systems
  • Heating
  • Pressurization
  • Firefighting pressure units
• Share the results with subsidiaries to make them available in different languages

Who you are

• Proactive Mindset: Ability not just follow instructions, but proactively propose solutions to reach the goal
• Degree in Engineering, or high school studies with at least three years of experience, in these fields: electrical, mechanical, electronic, materials
• Fluency in English; Knowledge of Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian (for Ukraine market) will be considered a plus.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts in an accessible way
• Willingness to Learn: A passion for continuous development and the ability to quickly absorb new technical information
