ING Bank N.V. is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to define and execute our web optimization strategy, blending CMS expertise with analytics-driven experimentation to maximize conversion across the funnel.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion and content specialists, where you will ensure that our marketing engine scales both fast and sustainably. You combine strategic vision with hands-on action, pushing for quick wins while laying the foundation for long-term

Competenze

• Experience in the role for at least 5 years.
• Ability to manage critical situations with good decision-making.
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics or Engineering.
• Proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Own the build and optimization of landing pages and website.
• Design and implement A/B test variants from wireframe to live page in CMS/HTML/CSS.
• Collaborate with Analytics to shape a shared testing roadmap.
• Support rollout of AI-driven content optimization tools and monitor configurations.
• Ensure pages have solid UX foundations: speed, mobile, accessibility, and proper tracking.
• Own asset reusability strategy across CMS channels.
• Partner with Paid Media to align pages with campaign intent and traffic sources.
• Partner with SEO to follow best practices (site structure, markup, performance).
• Work with product, sales and brand to drive impact.

Activities

As Content Marketing Specialist, you will define and execute our web optimization strategy, blending CMS & landing page build expertise with analytics-driven experimentation to maximize conversion across the funnel.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion and content specialists, where you will ensure that our marketing engine scales both fast and sustainably.

You combine strategic vision with hands-on action: you know how to push for quick wins while also laying the foundation for long-term structural growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the build and continuous optimization of our landing pages and website
• Design and implement A/B test variants - from wireframe to live page - working hands-on in our CMS and HTML/CSS
• Collaborate closely with our Analytics team to shape and prioritize a shared testing roadmap, combining data insights with hands-on UX and build expertise.
• Support the rollout of AI-driven content optimization tools and manage ongoing configuration and monitoring once live
• Ensure pages are built with solid UX foundations – page speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility – and correct implementation of tracking /tagging for conversion measurement
• Own the asset reusability strategy throughout the channels served by the CMS
• Partner with Paid Media expert to align landing pages with campaign intent and traffic source
• Partner with the SEO Expert to ensure pages are built following SEO best practices (site structure, markup, page performance)
• Work closely with key stakeholders across product, sales and brand to drive impact

Required skills

Experience of at least 5 in the role

Ability to manage critical situations through good decision-making skills

Degree in field Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering

Knowledge of the English language

Knowledge of the following software: Figma, WordPress

Contract offer

Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)

Annual base salary starting from: 56.000€

Variable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies(with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
