Trina Solar is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Rome to lead the expansion strategy of the Project Business Unit. You will ensure EPC is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, environment and quality standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, support design and procurement activities, and manage the master project schedule with BOS contractor and stakeholders, while monitoring cost and cash flow during execution.

Competenze

• Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in PV/solar projects or EPC environments.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Exposure to project scheduling and cost control processes.

• Support evaluation and selection of subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate the technical due diligence of the project in coordination with engineering team.
• Support the design team on the project design.
• Coordinate human and technical resources assigned to the project.
• Support procurement activities with local contractors and BOS suppliers.
• Analyze daily/weekly reports and integrate delivery schedules and construction rates into the master project schedule.
• Lead and coordinate daily/weekly coordination meetings with BOS contractor and stakeholders.
• Lead contract management during execution (EPC, BOS subcontract, equipment and services agreements).
• Ensure cost control, cash flow update and forecasting during project execution.

Main Responsibilities

Join us as a Construction Project Manager and be part of an exciting, challenging and dynamic work environment to proactively support the definition and implementation of the expansion strategy of the Project Business Unit. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that EPC is delivered on time, within budget and ensuring safety, environment and quality standards.

• Supportintheevaluationandselectionofsubcontractorsandvendors.


• Coordinatesthetechnicalduediligenceoftheprojectincoordinationwithengineeringteam.


• Supportthedesignteamonthedesignoftheproject.


• Coordinatefunctionallythehumanandtechnicalresourcesassignedtotheproject.


• SupportprocurementactivitieswithlocalcontractorsandBOSsuppliers.


• Analyses the daily and weekly reports and supports the team in analyzing and integrating in the master project schedule the weekly delivery schedules and the weekly construction rates.


• Leads and coordinate daily and weekly coordination meetings with the BOS contractor and other project stakeholders.


• Leads the contract management during execution stage (EPC, BOS subcontract, main equipment supply agreements, engineering services agreement, etc).


• Ensure Cost control, cash flow update and forecasting during project execution stage.

Requirements

• Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.


• Atleast5yearsofPVProjectManagerexperience.
