Trinasolar ISBU, a business unit of Trinasolar, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead EPC execution of utility-scale solar and storage projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget control, safety, and quality in coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years PV project management, site management experience, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years PV project management experience.
• Experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience with EPC/BOS contractors or IPP/Project Developer.
• Experience managing a team and subcontractors.
• Experience with grid connection at design/operational level.
• Strong written and verbal English and Italian communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Mansioni

• Ensure EPC is delivered on time and within budget while maintaining safety, environment and quality standards.
• Support evaluation and selection of subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate technical due diligence with the engineering team.
• Support the design team on project design.
• Coordinate functionally the human and technical resources assigned to the project.
• Support procurement activities with local contractors and BOS suppliers.
• Analyze reports and integrate weekly schedules and construction rates into the master plan.
• Lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with BOS contractor and stakeholders.
• Lead contract management during execution (EPC, BOS, equipment supply, engineering services).
• Ensure cost control, cash flow updates and forecasting during execution.
