Trinasolar ISBU, a business unit of Trinasolar, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead EPC execution of utility-scale solar and storage projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget control, safety, and quality in coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years PV project management, site management experience, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• Experience with EPC/BOS contractors or IPP/Project Developer.
• Experience managing a team and subcontractors.
• Experience with grid connection at design/operational level.
• Strong written and verbal English and Italian communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that EPC is delivered on time, within budget and ensuring safety, environment and quality standards.
• Support in the evaluation and selection of subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinates the technical due diligence of the project in coordination with engineering team.
• Support the design team on the design of the project.
• Coordinate functionally the human and technical resources assigned to the project.
• Support procurement activities with local contractors and BOS suppliers.
• Analyses the daily and weekly reports and supports the team in analyzing and integrating in the master project schedule the weekly delivery schedules and the weekly construction rates.
• Leads and coordinate daily and weekly coordination meetings with the BOS contractor and other project stakeholders.
• Leads the contract management during execution stage (EPC, BOS subcontract, main equipment supply agreements, engineering services agreement, etc).
• Ensure Cost control, cash flow update and forecasting during project execution stage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• At least 7 years of PV Project Manager experience.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager.
• Previous working for an EPC Contractor, BOS Contractor or well-known IPP/Project Developer.
• Experience managing a team/subcontractors.
• Experience with plant connection to Grid at design and operational level.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
• Great team player capable of working cross-functionally.
• Strong written and verbal English and Italian communication skills.
• Availability to travel nationally and/or Internationally.
