Saipem is seeking a Construction Manager Plant to lead on-site execution for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will report to the Head of Construction and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet time, cost and quality targets.

The role requires a Master’s/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 10+ years in similar roles handling RC/PC and steel structures, with travel opportunities and responsibilities spanning safety, budgets, and schedules.

Competenze

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
+10 years of experience in a similar role with large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges/viaducts with RC/PC and steel structures.

Mansioni

Oversee site quality control plan implementation and continuous improvement.
Manage construction budget and analyze monthly payments against progress and budgets.
Monitor and report construction progress to Project Director and Project Manager.
Review and coordinate contractual documents related to construction for alignment and compliance.
Supervise on-site activities ensuring project specs, safety regulations, and timelines.
Facilitate communication among contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for construction execution and site management.
Promote safety and quality culture and organize training to meet regulations.
