Saipem is seeking a Civil and Structural Lead for its Fano Civil Engineering team. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure quality and safety while meeting project objectives.

You will also oversee bidding, subcontractor management, and site solutions within an international project environment. The role requires strong English, 5–10 years in civil/structural leadership, and experience with design foundations, concrete, steel structures, and 3D modelling.

Competenze

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as Civil and Structural lead Engineer in Oil & Gas plant engineering.
• Experience with international standards and codes; ability to supervise subcontracted work.

Mansioni

• Develop technical know-how and support commercial activities.
• Provide technical support to project disciplines including procurement and construction.
• Ensure project quality and contractual objectives are met.
• Monitor progress, man-hours, costs and variations.
• Prepare technical annexes and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage site engineering solutions and bid/tender analyses.
• Define scope and supervise subcontracted engineering work packages.
