Tecnimont, a MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated E&C solutions, seeks a Site Manager for Construction Operations. You will report to the Project Manager and Construction Department Manager, representing Tecnimont at site with Client and Subcontractors, and ensuring HSE, schedule, cost and quality compliance on international assignments.

Requirements include an engineering degree and 10+ years in EPC construction site management, with leadership, risk management and strong communication

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of EPC construction site management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, cost control and site execution.
• Solid HSE awareness and safety management systems experience.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and result orientation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Define the construction approach and develop detailed construction schedule.
• Co-operate in selecting Subcontractors and awarding subcontracts with technically acceptable bids.
• Ensure HSE policy implementation on site and manage HSE targets.
• Organize site logistics and mobilize resources.
• Ensure project, construction and site management in time, cost, quality and HSE constraints.
• Manage client contracts according to Project Manager’s guidelines and oversee site subcontracts.
• Organize and develop local procurement activities for materials.
• Ensure continuity between construction and pre-commissioning to optimize schedule.
• Establish and check reporting to Head Office as directed by Project Manager.
• Coordinate corrective actions to prevent interruptions and keep costs on budget.
